Today went to Ang Mo Kio Hub to meet my friends for lunch. We had our lunch at New York New York. Below was what had happened:

We got our table around 1.15pm. After awhile we made our orders, during the process we had small conversion. The couple who came later than us, on the next table, got their food served and went off after they had finished. We were still waiting for our food to be served. Minute by minute, our food still can't be seen totally. So we called the manager to ask when will our food be served. 30mins of waiting.. A hungry man is an angry man!

She went to the kitchen and found out that our order had been skipped. After what she told us, a basket of fried fries was served(It's on the house). Express cooking was conducted for us. 3 of our orders came 1 after another but there's still missing 1 of our orders. So the manager was being approached by us again. Then the WRONG order came, WHAT IS THIS!

This wasn't all yet! A waitress actually poured water on my friend's pant(OMG) when she's trying to refill our glasses. Terrible! Even when we were paying our bills, we still need to wait for like 15mins. In the end I got up and walked towards the counter, take my change and walked out of that horrible place. This is the worst dining experience I ever had!

The service is totally terrible. A complaint email will definitely send to the management.
