Single Parenthood?

Is Singapore really open up? Whether single parenthood is being accepted by the people?

From what I see at this moment, it's not that accepted by Singaporean yet. There are still "curious" stares and finger pointings around. I do believe they feel uneasy or uncomfortable with those. Come on! They are human beings too, except they are single parent!!!

And what is wrong with being brought up by a single parent? Worst is whenever a child say "my parents are divorced!", the other person will say "I'm sorry." Indeed they are pitiful but please treat them like any other playful kids. I mean they do treat themselves like one, is you who see them as some "aliens" who need more care. Never think that kids from broken families will become gangsters or whatever baddies! Although they are different, they do understand or even study harder than any other kids.

I'm not promoting to be single parent but I just wish every single of you do not see them as something bad. Being a single parent do need a lot of encourage in order to survive in this world...

Not everyone is prefect in this world!
