Back to Training
Been a long time since I last blogged! Haha..
Anyway I had beem running lately, to get back my fitness. This morning just went to East Coast Park (ECP) for a run. And my training covered around 15km. "Woah" is the word (HAHA) and we didn't even stop throughout. The sensation was totally awesome.
The feeling of sweats running down from my body was great, it had been awhile since my last encounter (Sicko right? LOL). After reaching my finishing point, I can't feel my legs anymore (HAHA).
Last saturday, I did around 10km run at MacRitchie Reservoir, which shag me out. My thighs were pain in the end of the run.. but it was a good run!
